Since 1964 — from humble beginnings the Wagstaffs built their first location and called it "Wagstaff Oil Company." From that point it was only up.
The Wagstaffs fell in love with the people of the Salt Lake Valley and began opening more and more locations into what you now see today. Over the years the company has grown, but its roots have always stayed the same.
Holiday Oil is still a privately held company that employs over 1000 people. The Wagstaffs are still heavily involved in the day-to-day operations.
