Since 1964, Holiday Oil has been proudly family-owned and rooted in Utah's communities. For over 60 years, we've grown alongside the neighborhoods we serve — because strong communities are built through connections, service, and opportunity.
Through Communities Start Here, we partner with schools, teams, nonprofits, and community organizations to raise money for the causes that matter most. Whether you're buying new equipment, supporting local families, or bringing neighbors together, your work makes our communities stronger.

Who Qualifies?
Our fundraising programs are open to community groups located near a Holiday Oil store in Utah. If you fit any of the categories below, you're eligible to apply.
K–12 schools, PTAs, booster clubs, and student groups
Youth sports teams, leagues, and athletic organizations
Scouts, dance, drill, cheer, and youth activity groups
Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits and charitable foundations
Civic clubs, community service groups, and neighborhood organizations
Community arts, theaters, parades, and cultural events
How Can Holiday Help Your Organization?

Peak seasons (back-to-school in August–September, spring sports in March–May, and the November–December holidays) fill up fast. Booking earlier gives us more flexibility on dates and locations.
Fundraising Cards
Sell any combination of car wash coupons, donut punch cards, and fountain drink cards. Pay upfront or use our no-cost 30-day agreement — pick up in Draper.

FAQs
Schools, sports teams, clubs, nonprofits and community organizations located near a Holiday Oil location in Utah are eligible to apply.
We recommend applying at least 3 weeks before your preferred event date. Applications are accepted up to 2 months in advance.
Yes — Night at Holiday and Car Wash Fundraiser events must raise at least $100 for Holiday Oil to issue a payout. If your event earns less than $100, no check will be issued.
No. You can purchase punch cards upfront or use our 30-Day Fundraising Agreement with no upfront cost. There's no minimum order.
Yes! Many organizations combine punch card sales with a Night at Holiday event to maximize their earnings.
Please note that selling punch cards on Holiday Oil property is prohibited at any time.
